Key Surgical had no central place to store sales information, and were struggling with anything from finding contact details to duplicating or losing quotations. They were also holding stock that was 2 years old – it was the wrong length and couldn't be sold as usual stock.
Key Surgical needed somewhere central to store information across departments. They use Exchequer accounting solution, which in the past stored all important information. Using this information and adding to it was essential. They have since expanded the CRM to deal with the complaints procedure. They were originally dealing with incidents on a one-off basis. Now, everything including problem tracking and email marketing managed centrally in Prospect CRM, so they can make suppliers aware of problems and provide an effective service.
